Last night I stayed with Izzy in the NICU while Klay was on his shift. Izzy was having a pretty hard time breathing so it wasn't a surprise that they put the tube back in today and put her back on the oscillator. She looks so much more comfortable today, she was constantly wiggling and having a hard time yesterday so I'm happy they put her back on, she just wasn't quite ready. We are still so proud of her though! It is truly amazing that she was able to get her tube out for even 24 hours! We know she will continue fighting and we hope that her little lungs can continue to progress. She continues to look cuter as the days pass by, we love our little skittle!
