Izzy is just chuggin along today. Her sweet nurse put a little bow on her head so that was fun to see.
She had a brain scan this morning to once again check for brain bleeds. There wasn't anything found that worries them so that is awesome!
Primary Children's along with her doctors have decided that she needs to be on antibiotics until April 2nd, so not too much longer! Hopefully once that is all finished they will be able to get her on some steroids to strengthen those little lungs! It's getting more and more certain that Izzy will be on oxygen when she gets to come home, we're pretty much planning on it unless a miracle happens. But that is OK! As long as we get to take our baby home, oxygen is not a problem.
She got bumped up to 19mL of milk today, wahoo! I love seeing her get more chunky as the days go on. WHAT. A. CUTIE. Klay and I are always taking a million pictures of her every day, we're getting really good practice ;)
