Today was Klay's birthday so he got some good Izzy cuddles! And the nurses helped Izzy make a card for him ;) it was pretty cute. She did really good today while Klay was holding and she didn't have to be put back early!
Her CRP came back even higher than yesterday but her CBC was better than yesterday so they are more sure that it's just high from the vaccines. They put her on antibiotics (just in case) until both of her blood cultures are negative for 48 hours.
Her hand is looking better, they've been putting heat on it and bacitracin to help it heal.
